We will be back Morocco

We stayed at Anezi Hotel and booked for our accommodation for apartment for 7 days , however we were upgraded to double room which we were pleased with. Hotel is located at great location, easy access to orange taxi, shops and restaurants. Housekeepers attended cleaning, changed of bed sheets and towels everyday without hassle. Our highlight is that the evening live music band was absolutely top class , they were very friendly and we finally becomes friends. They are very funny , intellectual, lots of multiskilled talents , and most importantly very kind people. Lots of conversations about explaining about interesting facts about Morocco, and also took us around to surrounding night life and made sure we get back to the hotel safe. Pool side activities were very enjoyable and lots of fun and laughs , everyone is so friendly, and happy, we can not fault anything about this Hotel. Pool side food service, reception, bar staff , the live music band, housekeepers , bell boys etc all top class. Transfers were on time , text messages to confirm time and pick up location. Everyone we have met were absolutely amazing, very kind , polite and friendly, they all say welcome to Morocco which hardly remember any local say that to us when we travel. We are planning to be back very soon. Highly recommended, only one tip, please make sure orange cab driver put on they meter , otherwise you get ripped off and you can say that to report to police , and please made sure they have their seat belt working as they do drive crazily in my opinion.

Disgusting and dirty

Absolute filth, booked several times with live holiday and never been placed in a hotel so awful. The holiday sold was a lie, the hotel staff were not accommodating, blamed a third party and placed us in rooms that were not what was advertised, placed in filthy, damp, mouldy appartments opposite the actual hotel, guest welcome letters were addressed to unknown names in rooms as clearly these were not rooms we had booked, hotel said they would give us rooms the next day only to be offered again vile apartments opposite. Rooms were services sparsely and when they were we were lucky if we even had towels replaced. Toiletries stolen, broken doors to rooms and on check out my friend was chased by the concierge and screamed at saying she hadn’t paid hotel tax which was clearly paid on first day, when they realised there mistake no apologies just have a good day madam. Several other families and groups had exactly same issue and no one was helped! Please please please do not stay or book this hotel EVER!

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

⭐☆☆☆☆
This has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had.
The biggest issue is that the accommodation we were given looked absolutely nothing like the rooms advertised online. The photographs used to sell the holiday bear little to no resemblance to the reality. Had accurate photographs been shown, I would never have booked this hotel.
The room was dirty, worn, poorly maintained and clearly in need of significant refurbishment. From the first day of our holiday, I raised concerns and provided photographic evidence showing the condition of the room. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that the hotel had reviewed the cleanliness and maintenance standards. I find that very difficult to believe given both the evidence provided and the fact that hotel staff themselves acknowledged that the rooms were worn and dated.
We were offered alternative rooms, but these were no better and in some cases appeared to be in even worse condition. The issue was never simply being moved from one room to another – the issue was that none of the rooms reflected what had been advertised and sold.
To be clear, the staff at the hotel were polite and tried to help where they could. My complaint is not about them. My complaint is about the misleading advertising and the unacceptable standard of accommodation provided.
I would strongly advise anyone considering booking to look beyond the promotional photographs and do thorough research before committing. What we received was not what we paid for, and I feel completely let down by the experience.

Do not book dirty and mouldy apartments

Do not go the hotel might look like kn the pictures but the apartments are in horrible state full of mold, dirt and bugs, we went as a family of 14 guests and everyone who had the apartment was in shock, we didn't even unpack our suitcases as the wardrobes were dirty and we didn't want to risk it by putting in our clothes. I do not recommend this hotel and would never return

Avoid

This is most definitely not 4* I would not even give it 1 star. It is absolutely filthy . Staff have refused to engage with us or send in cleaning staff, dirt and scum everywhere . We are been totally ignored by staff along with 5 other family's l love holiday are not addressing our concerns or replying to emails. We are left totally on our own in a filthy dirty holtel.
