From check-in to check-out, our experience was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. They were especially helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local attractions, which made the most of our very short visit. Their knowledge, hospitality, and attentiveness truly enhanced our overall experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great hotel with helpful staff. I just have to say breakfast was really poor and it felt as though it was there for a while. We were the only guests having breakfast with another couple and it was very underwhelming and disappointing we paid for it. I would recommend staying here for sure but skip out on breakfast unless they can sort it out better.

Excellent new 5 stars hotel

Excellent location close to bus stop, supermarket and not too far to city center. Great check in by Katina. She was friendly and welcoming. Recognize my Diamond status with room upgrade, complimentary breakfast and welcome drink.I enjoyed the breakfast very much. The hotel is beautiful 5 stars. No club lounge at this moment but beautiful bar lounge on the first floor

Bad service

The worst ever buffet lunch. All the dishes have bad taste. Staff litle to no helpfull
