A Gem in Perast

Located above the little village of Perast with Magnificent views of Kotor Bay. Fabulous spacious room and bathroom and the pool was an added bonus. It was like our own private villa. Ana was so very helpful and attentive. She even brought our laundry in from the rain while we were out! We’re so thankful we were able to stay 3 nights here. Great location walking distance to the many nice restaurants Perast has to offer along the waterfront. We also got a good workout climbing the stairs a few times a day! Highly recommend this place!

Terrible

קיבלנו שדרוג ללא ידיעתנו מקומה 4 לקומה 1
2 אנשים גבוהים תקעו אותנו בעליית גג עם תקרה נמוכה
המקום ללא מעלית וקשה מלא מלא מדרגות טירוף פשוט
מיטה בינונית מבחינת נוחות.
המנורה בסלון בקושי עבדה אין תאורה טובה בחדר
והשירותים קשה להוריד את המים
המזגן בחדר שינה לא עובד חוץ מנוף אין שום סיבה לישון שם.
יקר ולא מצדיק את המחיר!
We were upgraded without our knowledge from the 4th floor to the 1st floor.
Two tall people like us got stuck in an attic with a low ceiling.
The place has no elevator and it’s insanely hard with so many stairs.
The bed was average in terms of comfort.
The living room lamp barely worked, and there was no good lighting in the room.
The toilet was difficult to flush.
The air conditioner in the bedroom didn’t work. Other than the view, there’s no reason to stay there.
Expensive and not worth the price!

A true 5* villa

The villa is beautiful perched above Perast with the most amazing views. The pool is stunning, the accommodation … we booked a suite, is traditional bit with a modern twist. So clean and well maintained, the host Ana could not have done anymore for us. Everything you could need is here and anything you might need or want Ana will get for you. A perfect stay.

Fall in love with perest

Everything was perfect.
You can’t beat this hotel for its view and location .
You don’t really notice staff or other guests in this hotel which we loved after 3 nights in budva but Anna was on hand if you needed anything at all.
Perest has to be the most beautiful spot on the bay .
So quiet and peaceful as most tourists just come for the day so evenings are nice and calm .
We stayed for 4 nights but could have definitely stayed longer.
You never get bored of the views in all directions and the delicious food in the restaurants on the front all right on the water looking at boats and mountains in the background .
You can’t not fall in love with this place

Great experience

Brand new hotel with amazing open pool and beautiful view. Ana and Kirill are very kind and always there for anything you need. Everything is clean. Also location is great, from the hotel you can see whole Boka bay. I am sure I will come again!
