Incredible location, accommodation ok

Buona Vista is set in a beautiful location with absolutely stunning views and the areas around the villas and apartments are exceptional. A very good restaurant with yet again, stunning views. Staff very friendly, plenty of parking and a generally lovely place to be.
What let it down for us was our ground floor accommodation, initially it looked gorgeous but over time we started to find things we didn’t like. Bottom of the shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor creating a large puddle in the middle, ants found their way into the apartment in all rooms including bedroom and bathroom. There was no front on the top kitchen draw so to open it we had to grip a very sharp screw. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, gave us both back pain when we woke up in the morning and the pillows had more peaks than Durmitor National Park.
Having said all that, those small things didn’t impact our time there too much and it really is a lovely place.

Allucinante

Never happened in my life to be in such a dirty, smelly and noisy hotel with no staff. The beautiful view is the only positive thing we could find. Highly not recommended. Room are awful with electricity open air and mould. No breakfast provided, no mosquito net on the windows and sigarettes' butts everywhere. Only one swimming pool of three is clean (hopefully) and the gym has only broken equipment. No words left for the linen and for what they call bed.

Tout d'abord, il ne s'agit en aucun cas d'un resort mais ni plus ni moins qu'une location d'appartements sans service. En effet, rien ne le stipule mais le ménage ne sera pas fait, les serviettes pas changées, ni aucun autre service alors que nous sommes restés 4 jours. Si vous souhaitez faire un peu de ménage vous-même, il n'y a aucun matériel. On nous a même refusé un rouleau de papier de toilette supplémentaire alors que nous partions le lendemain matin après 4 nuits.
Pour ce qui est de l'appartement, la propreté n'est pas à mes yeux satisfaisante : la hotte était crasseuse, il y a des toiles d'araignées et de la poussière dans tous les coins et sous tous les meubles, la vaisselle rangée dans la cuisine n'est pas nette. La salle de bain est vétuste, le lavabo ne tient plus au mur et il y a une odeur nauséabonde.
Tout le reste est dans son jus : 3 piscines mais une seule est entretenue, tous les parasols sont cassés, les chaises longues en piteux état. Il n'y a pas comme stipulé de jacuzzi ni de coin barbecue. La salle de sport est négligée et beaucoup d'appareils sont cassés.

Très beau

Très beaux appartements spacieux avec une vue exceptionnelle.
L’accès par un chemin étroit n’est pas facile.
L’accueil est charmant.
Il y a beaucoup de marches en pierres. Il faut pouvoir monter et descendre les escaliers.
La résidence est bien équipée.
