Charming but weathered
Cons: No hot water, reception doesn't speak English despite it being listed as such on Booking.com (Russian is fine). No guardrails on the top bunk bed.
I stayed here for a night before a tour.

Central location but on quiet back street
Use of full kitchen and lounge room.
Hot water a bit irregular but that seems normal for Mongolia.
