A very good hotel in the center of the town

Had a 2 days stay in this hotel and we enjoyed it. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony. Even the Hotel is positioned in the center of the city, it was very silent o the territory.
The Hotel has an wonderful terrace, we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner there. The food is very tasty and the prices are more than ok.
Will definetely come back

I spent 4 days with my daughter at the hotel. If I start from the beginning. Parking problem. Unfortunately, no one will provide you with a parking space, so you are dependent on random parking on the street. Sometimes it is a problem. Unfortunately, most of the receptionists do not speak English very well and it is difficult to communicate with them. No one explained anything to us upon arrival or pointed out anything. The room is clean and very nice and spacious. What I can really appreciate is the cleaning. Breakfast was very weak at the beginning. It had to be ordered from the menu card. The next days breakfast was Swedish style. For me, breakfast was weak. I would expect much more from a four-star hotel. The biggest problem of the hotel is their evening music events, which end well after 10 pm. They are so annoying that you cannot sleep at all. I had to really insist several times that they do something about the situation. In the end, we got 2 rooms so that I could sleep in another part of the hotel. However, the last day was a total fiasco. They had an event in the hotel somewhere on the ground floor, the noise was so loud that the whole hotel shook. I was about to call the police, they turned the music down. I even spoke to the manager and as an apology we got a basket of fruit. But the hotel is absolutely considerate of the guests who sleep in the hotel before mass events, which probably bring them more money. If you want silence to sleep, avoid the hotel. We will never, ever come to that hotel again.

Nice hotel for conference or city trip

The hotel is centrally located in Chisinau and offers a limited number of on-street parking spaces. The hotel apparently consists of two buildings, one of which is currently under renovation.
The reception was friendly, English speaking and professional.
My room on the first floor was spacious and there was a fresh fruit plate to greet. The cleaning service was unobtrusive and professional.
There are various function rooms on the ground floor and "basement" house, all of which offer technically required amenities. The breakfast room on the ground floor offered ample space and the choice was reasonable.
In the backyard of the hotel is another restaurant or event space that can be used.
I was completely satisfied with both the quality and service I experienced during my stay.

No curtains in rooms

The biggest issue with this hotel is that several of the rooms have no curtains. So very early in the morning, you'll get super bright daylight! We've complained about it and they gave us a different room, which we initially thought didn't have that problem but... we unfortunately noticed later it was the same! Also, the two rooms we got were both having very unpleasant sewage smell
Still putting 3 star because the new room they gave us was much better overall than the original one.

In my two weeks stay, I became as if a family member of the staff, on a first name basis of conversation, with genuine interest in my needs and friendly banter.
