Highest recommendation for Xambe! It is about 5 minutes outside of the heart of Tulum (between town and the beach), and therefore is tranquil and very convenient to get wherever you are going. (You will need GPS to find it, because the roads are really confusing.) The photos are completely accurate, but what they miss is the pleasure of listening and watching the wind through the jungle treetops. The hotel personnel were so friendly and helpful with their suggestions.

My only complaint will be the hot tub,
It did have hot/warm water as describe in Expedia, it is basically a 4x4 pool (with only cold water)

Beautiful property, incredible rooms for the price we paid. Front desk staff did not speak English but the concierge on WhatsApp did and was very responsive and helpful. The area around the hotel is clearly still developing but felt safe and easy to navigate. It’s halfway between the main Tulum town and the beach bars. Would come back for sure!

An oasis of design and hospitality in Tulum

I had the opportunity to stay at Xambé Tulum and exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is designed with incredible taste: every detail is taken care of, from the finishes to the fully equipped kitchen with first-class dishes and utensils, which allow to prepare any meal as at home, but with a spectacular design touch.
The jewel of the place is its rooftop pool: spacious, with a magnificent view and a unique detail with its glass wall that connects visually with the main entrance. It is a perfect space to relax, enjoy the sun and feel the vibe of Tulum in all its glory.
Mood is quiet, modern and cozy at the same time. Service and hospitality were excellent, always attentive and willing to make the stay special.
It's definitely a place I would recommend for couples to rest and travel with family or friends. An experience I want to repeat.

Bright and spacious rooms, kind staff, very quiet and safe hotel. The neighbourhood is also very quiet.
Lovely rooftop pool .
