This place does not exist
I booked through Hotels.com. Afterwards, I received a confirmation email listing the address and contact info for this listing. However, when we arrived in Tulum, there was nothing located at this address. We searched several neighborhoods and were unable to find it.
As we searched, we spoke with neighboring businesses. No one had heard of this place. Several tried to call on our behalf using the contact info. No answer. Throughout our 5-day stay, we tried to make contact with this hotel. No one ever picked up the phone, and we were not able to find this place.
Thankfully, we were able to make other accommodations. I am thankful also that I was not charged for this booking. But this was a scary situation. I reported it to Hotels.com. While on the phone with them, they tried to reach out to this establishment, and was not able to do so. I recommended that Hotels.com remove it from their listing. I know they need to fully investigate this. As they do, I recommend to not book here as I have not seen evidence this place actually exists.
