We believe that; these situations should be clearly mentioned during the booking stage or the Hotel must be closed during the off season, if they offer poor service. Also, the room prices were not cheap despite this conditions. We didn't ask for refund but we naturally expected to receive this offer by the hotel, but nothing happened despite we decided to leave the hotel. Stay away during the off season.
