hotel Mestizio trip to Tulum

Very colorful family hotel, there is a lot of Mexico in the hall square masks statues,
the managers are nice and many helpful.
Hearty and good breakfast, large room and bathroom.
They gave us useful information and tried to understand us despite the

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Hotel familiar muy colorido, hay mucho de México en el vestíbulo, cuadros, máscaras, estatuas, los encargados son simpáticos y muy disponibles. Desayuno abundante y bueno, habitación y baño amplios. Nos dieron información útil y trataron de entendernos pese a que nuestro español fuera muy imperfecto. Recomindo with taste este hotel.

Small hotel very welcoming

Charming little hotel with pool in the middle (a little cold!). The staff is very attentive and smiling. Large room with small bathroom. Very clean.
Hearty breakfast: plate of fruit and omelet of your choice or pancakes.
Nice restaurant menu. We had dinner there 3X for 8 people and all the dishes were hearty, well presented and excellent! To advise

The stench of sewage

I stayed here as part of an Intrepid Travel tour. Room was a decent size and clean and the breakfast was tasty but that is the extent of the positive feedback. The shower and sink drains stank of raw sewage. I called for assistance and two guys placed wet towels over the drains as a physical barrier…. Which was weird. They offered to move us to a room on level 2 at 10pm but the hotel has no lift and there was a spiral staircase to climb. A large family was sat by the pool right outside and talked late into the night. The bathroom was old and tired. The hotel itself was a 20 min to the main strip with restaurants although there are a few eateries closer.

Good hotel. No blanket on bed, only sheet. Roof leaked when raining. Great breakfast. Convenient to town.

Dinner

Very nice experience, I liked the place and the food was really good and tasty. The service was also very nice, the waiter made us feel at ease. Perfect balance between food, quality and prices. I recommend this place.
