A Warm Welcome, Beautiful Atmosphere & Genuine Hospitality

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Diego at reception for his warm and genuine welcome. Everyone—from reception and the restaurant to the maintenance staff—was friendly and hospitable.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a simple, warm design that blends naturally with the landscape. I especially loved the use of bamboo, which gives it a peaceful and authentic atmosphere.
Our room was cozy and open, creating a nice sense of connection with your partner while still offering privacy and quietness. I also loved that there was no TV—it encourages you to disconnect and enjoy each other and the surroundings.
Beautiful architecture, nature, atmosphere, and hospitality all in one place. Highly recommended!

KAN was great. The staff was all very helpful and informative. The property was well maintained and clean. One pool was closed but there were two other pools that were available. Restaurant and food were great as well!

Really disappointed by this place, need maintenance, construction going on all day, room had some sewage smell coming out of the toilet all night, then power went out in the whole place and we had to book a different hotel. Still waiting on my refund for that, not a fun experience 😔

Beautiful but…

The rooms are spacious and a fully equipped kitchen is available.
However, our experience was marred by construction (renovation / finishing touches) that generated noise during the day. Additionally, there are not enough lounge chairs (only 5) and space around the pool is limited.
The construction also generates a lot of waste stored in front of the hotel, and the road is not paved.
In terms of cleanliness, upon our arrival there were uncleaned hairs, crumbs, and crushed insects on the curtain.
The hotel is more oriented towards Instagram/yoga than suitable for vacationers.
