Clean basic room, bed made every day, and clean towels every day. Big room , soap and body wash provided. 
Swimming pool is s a bonus. 
Staff are wonderful, can’t do enough for us. 
130 meters from ADO BUS station . 
Brilliant value for the money.

Had a double room on the ground floor, - really cute decor, air con and TVs. Nice pool, very chilled vibe. Mix of families, couples and digital nomads staying here. Huge beds, nice and comfy. - collectivo stop and xoxo shop just at the end of the road. Close to lots of bars and shops.

Great location, super close to nice shopping places, collectivo stops and restaurants and cafes.
Main downside: they do not have comforter/quilt or any of those while sleeping. If you are used to not using these while sleeping then its ok. But if u like to make the room cold with AC etc and then need a comforter then you will miss that.

Great location close to Ado bus terminal and lots of local restaurant. We went up to Akumal so was perfect option to do that easily from.
