Mala Atención, Poca Seriedad.

No respetaron la reservación, la empleada de recepción muy grosera. Al final, que bueno que lo hicieron, no había estacionamiento disponible, el que supuestamente tienen es muy pequeño y si lo quieres usar hay que reservarlo. Por otro lado, es importante que pregunten por el tipo de desayuno que incluye la estancia ya que al parecer es sólo galletas y fruta, por si eres quienes gusta de algo más sustancial.

Muy mal servicio

Pésima atención. La mujer de la recepción decidió cancelar mi reserva aún cuando ese mismo día le confirme que íbamos a llegar. Es muy molesto llegar cansados del viaje y encontrarse con esto. Me comunico con el gerente y no resolvió nada, dijeron que el problema fue que media hora antes me mandaron un whats y no contesté. En ninguna parte de su información dice que tengo que contestar sus mensajes, cundo le dije que venía en carretera dijo que no era su problema.
