I went to the pool table just to watch people play and the guy there literally ("bartender/waiter") told me to leave if I wasnt going to drink or eat there. Fukc'g RUDE!

This hotel is for men that are waiting for visa appointment at consul , no Towels in the room i asked the fronk dest for one and she handed me an old one . The rooms are clean but linens are old and stained. they noise didnot let me sleep. The only good thing was the breakfast.

Parking was secure but not easy to get it the elevator did not work. The rooms had no working AC there was very little towels given and they wanted to up charge for a towel I had to put on the floor to not slip due to no bathroom mats provided. Horrible customer service. They allow guests to make noise all hours of the night was hard to get sleep. Pictures are not what you get at all

The room wasn’t how I expected. They sent us to the rear of the hotel to a back room far away from everything. After asking them to move me they said that they were all booked but clearly walking to other rooms they were empty. I was charged 15 dollars for a towel because it had make up on it. I will no longer be staying here again. Very old hotel with no ice machines and very old elevators

Felt unsafe, had to walk thru a parking garage to get to our room and it did not look like how it is online
