Excellent staff, but the room smelled bad and the sink was leaking. Also, the bed was terrible, not comfortable at all; you could feel the springs of the mattress.

Dont go!!! Ugly / old / no comfort
A LOT to complain about... i dont want to waste time.
Just one example : workers came to make noise at 06:50!! and then stopped at 07:00 and spoke/laughed in the terasse for an hour

It is a scam, its not a hotel

From the outside it looks like a hotel, but the rooms are horrible, look through curtains, the room is almost in the street, no safety at all, the beds are more bunks with 100 year old mattress, no closet, no air conditioning, you feel very unsafe in this place, our stay lasted only 1 hour while we looked up for another hotel.

Bad choice.. unfortunately.

We went to Tequesquitengo for a wedding and had to choose from unknown hotels, and we did a bad choice. The hotel is poorly maintained, the room smelled like drainage and noise isolation is non-existent, (the hotel was full so we couldn´t move to another room) and the service from staff not so good. The small restaurant that only serves in the mornings is terrible. Bad experience that we had no other choice than enjoy what was left, that was a bunch of family staying in nearby hotels and this same one.
