Quaint
We thought that our stay was descent. We had parked at McDonald's on the Arizona side and walked across the border. Eventually we found ourselves at the hotel drinking margaritas. Needless to say, we got hammered. Neither one of us felt comfortable trying to get back across the border. So, we got a room at the hotel. It was nice enough. The only issue we had was that the only thing on TV was Heidie. Over and over. Place was clean though. What an adventure!

San Carlos is much better
The only thing that is still good at Olivia's is the food.
Rooms just get worse and worse.
San Carlos is closer to the border and there are bookers across the street but it is ok it is after all Mexico.
Don't give grouchy dirty Olivia any more money ... Except the food is still the best in town.

Not bad
We got our laundry done here. Bueno!
We had a nice shower and all in all a good bathroom.
Beds not bad and sheets very nice clean and white
It did not seem too noisy but then we don't mind the noise in a hotel because we have traveled Mexico for over 20 years. Everyplace in Mexico is noisy. Heck the pharmacies have a "sound man"
Price was around $30. For the bigger downstairs room and the upstairs were DEFFINATELY not as good.
Secure w a person at the desk all night.
Bar looked fun but we didn't drink there.
Restaurant got good reviews but did not look appealing to us.
Location perfect for getting to the border in the morning. Just across the border there are many shuttle services. We will pay $20. Each to get to Tucson airport (about 1hour ten minutes) . Starting at 6:30 it leaves every half hour.
ANYWAY. I would stay here again!

Clean sheets.
Sorry about the other reviewer's experience, but my sheets were all clean. The entire hotel was clean in my opinion. I ate at their restaruant and was pleased with my meal. The margaritas were also good with my meal. The waiter spoke English and gave good service. I liked it enough to spend a second night there and was just as pleased with the place and the employees. No problems with the area within several blocks in the daytime and I saw several tourists and visited several shops around there. 350 pesos was reasonable per night. Friday night singing noise did exist but didn't ruin my night's sleep. I would take my sister there, but the stairs forbid taking my mother. I will stay there again on my next visit with pleasure.

Nasty
This is place is a dump blood stains on the sheets and nothing but spanish channels on tv no english wgich is weird considering how close we are to the border. But the rooms are heated by centeral heating a lot of the hotels dont. Also there was a coffee maker in the room with free coffee. Nice touch but noisy at night with the night club downstairs. Over all pass but ok for a night or two but i would not go out of my way to stay here again especially at 350 paseoes a night better cheaper places to find. Happy travels
