Nice experience

It is very quiet, clean and the staff is attentive very friendly. Breakfast is included. A good rest option. No noise, good choice and close to Aculco by car. The rooms are spacious and there is internet with good sign. The lady who took care of us very efficiently.

In transition

We arrived at the hotel right in the transition process, that is, they are changing the management. Upon arrival, the girl who attended us and who by the way was always very friendly, had to verify my reservation with another colleague who finally confirmed it and gave us the room.
According to the information I had, the plan did not include breakfast but you could have breakfast a la carte. It turns out that it did include American breakfast but there were no other foods to order.
The room is very comfortable and spacious, however it lacks lighting (for the second night they gave us a bureau lamp), since the one it has is very dim and does not allow you to read.
Despite everything, it was a nice experience. I appreciate the attention of the staff.

The best place for a peaceful weekend

We stayed at Xani Mui for the weekend and we had an incredible experience. This is a lovely place, very well managed by Graciela, all staff people are so gentle. We definitely will come back to this place and I recomend it if you want to spend some time in Estado de Mexico. Please do not forget to visit "tixhiñú" waterfall.

Buen hotel con puntos a mejorar

Es un agradable hotel boutique de fin de semana. Sin embargo, tiene puntos por mejorar:
-Las camas podrían ser más cómodas, se sienten duras. La ropa de cama no está tan limpia, nos dio una especie de alergia después de dormir ahí.
-No todas las habitaciones tienen boiler encendido, asegúrense de que la habitación que les den sí lo tenga porque a nosotros nos tuvieron que mover de habitación
-Al estar rodeado de naturaleza, los insectos están alrededor. Encontramos 3 arañas en la habitación
-La habitación está algo polvosa (cojines y muebles). El agua de cortesía en garrafa tenía bichitos.
Puntos positivos:
-El personal es súper atento y amigable, gran servicio.
-El restaurante tiene excelente servicio y platillos ricos.
-Es un hotel muy tranquilo en medio de la naturaleza, totalmente silencioso, y en la noche es muy bonito porque se pueden ver las estrellas, y tiene fogatero.

CANCELAN DE ULTIMO MOMENTO

Me cancelaron mi reservación un día antes de mi viaje "por una remodelación" una total informalidad... Este hotel esta afiliado a OYO; la gente de OYO brinda el peor servicio a cliente y deslindan diciendo que los establecimientos son independientes a ellos. Total nadie se hace responsable
