We went with guests to the beach and they wanted to charge us 3,000.00 pesos minimum consumption if we wanted to avoid the dirty lounge chairs and the noise of the very loud music in general. It is a very dirty place.
If they want to charge that, they should live up to it.
The waiter, very embarrassed by our comments, went to another beautiful and clean place.

Terrible experiencia y la peor atención hotelera

Simplemente un pésimo momento!! una dueña de un hotel boutique ! Sabrá cómo se debe atender en este concepto? atender a sus huéspedes desde su Whatsapp !! 20 min esperando a que alguien nos atendiera ! Obvio x cel y en fin no era lo que esperaba y mejor terminé buscando hotel ! No acepta pago con tarjeta y no respeta la reservación! El hotel podría tener éxito pero con atención personal y no vía Whatsapp! Éxito ! Buscaría otra opción

Muy caro para lo que ofrecen

Las personas encargadas del lugar desconocen toda la información del hotel. No mandan las facturas!!
Esta muy caro para lo que ofrecen y es una playa comunitaria..NO es playa del hotel.
Los cuartos están bonitos pero muy caro para el lugar, te cobran como tipo Holiday inn y obvio no se compara
La piscina es pequeñisima, no ofrecen desayuno y la TV no sirve
