The cleaning staff were constantly cleaning and the public places were very clean. The kitchen has was not equipped enough to be useful for preparing meals. Location was excellent with many restaurants and stored within a 5 to 10 min walk.

Great, comfortable and spacious place… in a quiet location but totally accessible to Quinta Avenue. Terrific and friendly staff! Great pool area (but heat up the water!) and great restaurants nearby. Definitely will come back!

No parking and put up your DO NOT DISTURB sign.

On their website, they say there is parking for guests. Upon arrival, they tell you it is only for owners. IN OTHER WORDS, LEAVE THE CAR ON THE PUBLIC STREET AND PAY FOR THE METER.
They paint the handrails of the stairs and do not put up a notice about it. You get your hands and clothes dirty.
At 7:03 AM, they knock desperately on your room door to see if you are still inside since you did not put up the DO NOT DISTURB sign.
On the shower wall, there are stains from water damage and mold.
Broken outlet cover in the bathroom, posing a risk of electrocution.

Lovely spacious room with both ceiling fan and AC, all in good working order. The shower was a bit old/rusty, but generally rooms well maintained. Beautiful king-sized bed. The staff lent me a large pan for boiling water when I asked and gave me more soap and shampoo to cover my stay. Also very nice rooftop pool, just not open very early. Very relaxing stay overall, ideal after long flight.

Sofia By Bunik is a condo/hotel type and our family stayed for 4 nights. The studios/apartments are very comfortable, modern, and complete. The staff is very helpfull. The pool is located in the roof garden and is beautiful. Its worthy to stay here.
