We’ll start with the arrival. Parking was extremely limited, with no posted signage indicating where guests should park. I had to move my car three separate times before I was finally able to check in.
Now, the room. The room itself was surprisingly spacious and, at first glance, very comfortable. It even included a small, lovely patio with a jetted tub—unfortunately, the tub was not functional. Not only was it broken, but there was a sign taped to the wall stating that management was already aware of the issue and asking guests not to call to report it. This feature was one of the main reasons we booked this property, so that was a major disappointment.
To make matters worse, upon entering the room we were hit with a terrible odor, as if someone had just used the bathroom located immediately inside the door and hadn’t flushed.
As for sleep, the bed itself was very comfortable; however, the room next to ours was occupied by a couple who argued loudly throughout the entire night. There was no way to report the disturbance because there was no phone in the room, and the only option would have been to go into the hallway and walk past the arguing couple.
After a completely sleepless first night, I checked out early, informed the staff of how awful the experience was, and moved to another hotel that actually lived up to its advertised amenities and positive reviews.

Room was decent, the shower was useless. Not enough water comes out of the shower to get wet.
