The staff are friendly. However, they don't speak English. It was very difficult to communicate and ask questions. It would be more helpful if they make use of translation apps whenever they have a guest who doesn't speak Spanish. Also, provide guests with list of activities to do in the city.
As for amenities, not much other than the break room where you can have a meal. However, it gets very hot as there is no air conditioning in there. The phone in the room did not work. So I had to go downstairs to the front desk whenever I needed anything.
The staff really were the highlight of the stay. When the towels provided were not good enough, they went out of their way to buy new towels for me.

This particular hotel is one of a kind but it also takes a person like myself , unique , curios, not scared to try new things and new places. to enjoy the darkness as I slept like a baby . Here’s some advice to all . If and when you ever happen to be in our beautiful Monterrey N.L. . Be sure to stay in room 101 and the staff are great and very welcoming

The hotel smell very bad, looks dirty.
They don’t put the courtesy bottle of drink
