Very convenient and safe for late or early check-in, next to bus station. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The staff has been super helpful in accommodating our requests when we asked to change the rooms and more towels. They also recommended places to visit nearby. The location is very busy: in front of the ado station you have the option to jump directly in a bus but the neighbourhood is of course what it is around a station. Very close to the market, you need to walk 20’ to the central square to find the pretty part of merida. Clean was clean, but the amenities have to be reviewed: no mirror in the room, very small sink, the window in the bathroom couldn’t be closed and there was no hairdryer.

A very cheap and uncomfortable hotel. Don't have your expectations high and you'll survive. The worst part about it was the mattresses. Out of 20+ years of traveling, they were in the top 5 for the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on. The room is not big and there is no room to put anything. The water that comes out of the faucet and shower is disgusting.
If you need a decent place to sleep overnight, this will get you by, but I would not stay here again.

Location is good because it’s close to the bus terminal but also bad as it’s a weird neighborhood. It’s ok for a day or two.

You pay for what you have.

Everything was simple and simple. We arrived 1 pm and were allowed to leave the luggage in safekeeping. It's clean and the shower water was warm. It is very easy to access and with enough transport options. Close to the center but with little external noise.
