The hotel is old so there are noticeable repairs to be made to door frames, lower walls etc. However, the hotel is very clean, comfortable quality bedding. The restaurant food was delicious, reasonably priced and the service was timely. Checking in was easy with staff readily available to help.

This place was scary in bad shape.
Huge spider webs in corners, lots of paint off of the walls (cement chips), black mold in bathroom (no way we were showering), mosquitos in room (large gaps under outside door), took forever to cool the room down
Was something expected in some run down area
Pretty sure the web site pictures are bogus. Our room was nothing like the pics.
Sure, cheap expense but Wow, scary place.
One positive: staff helped with TV and A/C when we arrived

The hotel is very dirty, unpleasant, it is not worth it, it is a terrible experience.

Spent a 2nd night there at the end of my business trip, great staff, clean room, good on site restaurant, and pool.
