Excellent hotel, but with serious service flaws

The hotel is beautiful and has an excellent location. Although the facilities are somewhat old, they are kept nice and both the bed and the pillows are very comfortable; the Fiesta Club service is excellent. However, the customer service was terrible: the shower water came out cold and the staff showed minimal effective responsiveness to solve the problem.

A nice place. The rooms are clean. Amenities are great. A whole atmosphere is good but I am English speaking and the Spanish speaking so there was just a little bit lacking there. All in all I'll give her 4.5 nobody gets a five

It's half good.

It's old and needs remodeling; the TV is not Smart, it doesn't have streaming apps, the food is average, good but not very varied, with one or no options for local cuisine. The cleanliness of the room is inadequate; I am not exaggerating. I had to report the bathroom odor twice. It was resolved partially. The staff is attentive.
