Super friendly staff, nice room but loud in the evenings due to the room being on the sea front promenade road.

Clean room, nice beach view walkable to restaurants. nice staff they rent stuff for beach. Only problem was last day they shut down the water never went back on last day luckily.

Tried for early check in wasn’t allowed. Tried charging me for an extra day. No parking anywhere close to hotel. Not like they described. Very noisy area needs to have more sound proofing around the facility.

The property was super cute and best experience was the staff that made this trip special. Priscilla, Frieda, and the entire front desk staff , cleaning service and restaurant staff were amazing.

The TV was not much help. Only Netflix is available, but it was not set up for use because it needed to be updated by email. Also, I didn't think about the noise level when booking the room. The room has a great view to the bay since is on the famous malecon, however it is really noisy at night and sometimes early morning. Soundproof windows would help. I use the mini split in the room to drown out some of the noise at night by turning the temperature lower to keep it on longer. I enjoyed the room overall. Great location. Finally, the staff was great and super helpful!
