Dismal attention
Very bad experience. Since our arrival there was disorganization and long waiting times, despite having noted the situation at reception, there was no solution or adequate attention. Leaves much to be desired in customer service

Terrible Experience
I booked more than a month in advance a total of 12 nights at this hotel, expecting service commensurate with its reputation as one of the best in Hermosillo. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing, especially considering that we were foreign guests.
Upon arrival, we were given the keys before check-in, but the rooms were not clean or ready. We had to wait more than an hour after the official check-in time for them to finish cleaning, without even being offered a glass of water during that time. Approaching reception to ask about the situation, we were only informed that they were short of cleaning staff; however, this does not justify handing over keys to dirty rooms.
In addition, one of the rooms that was finally ready didn’t even have a chair to work with, despite having a desk, so the guest had to request that they bring one.
The situation did not improve: on the second day, we left early for work and returning shortly before 3 pm, we again found the rooms uncleaned. Upon reporting it and requesting to speak to the person in charge, the young man at reception entered an office where a woman who never came forward was located, and we were simply informed that the person responsible was not on shift and would arrive until 4 pm.
When I finally got to talk to the manager, Martin, I expressed my dissatisfaction with all the incidents. His only answer was to ask me how I could improve the situation, when in fact all I expected was compliance with the basic standard of a “high-end” hotel: do your job well.
For the last part of the stay, we paid for an upgrade from Jr. Suite to Master Suite, but arriving at night we found that the air conditioning was not working properly, which was unacceptable.
Overall, the service was very poor. We chose this hotel for its supposed quality and ended up with a very bad taste in the mouth. It is definitely not worth what it costs and I would not recommend it.

The location in Hermosillo was amazing. So many restaurants and bars within walking distance. My car spent a whole day parked because I spent the day exploring the neighborhood.

We absolutely love staying at Marsella 45! The service is always excellent, friendly, attentive, and makes us feel right at home. A special highlight is the food at Quiriego, simply amazing! Every visit is memorable, and we can’t wait to come back.
