Check in is complicated. Resort have diferent information that you and you never get room you rent online. I rent room for 5 guest get room only for 4 to small

A nice place to get some sleep and relax.

Nicely appointed hotel with excellent service and quality rooms. Excellent cleanliness, beautiful facilities with hot tub and pool area. Kitchen are great for cooking in and full size refrigerators help too.
The only downside is rock hard beds, no beach and television only plays Spanish even if you have an American account. Rooftop hot tub would be nice if it were warm. Note to divers-we love scuba yet water requires at least 5mm wetsuit and vis is murky at best. Sites are poorly documented and there’s not much going on underwater.
Jose Luis at the front desk is extremely helpful and caring for the guests. He has good English and is a pleasure to deal with.

Everything was perfect when we went. The hot tub on the roof wouldn't get hot though. Other than that the view from the roof was beautiful

The room we had was a two bedroom “honeymoon suite” , the view from the 4th floor was beautiful, the windows are sliding doors so you feel like you are on an outside patio when windows are open. The kitchen is well appointed, but bring your own coffee-none supplied. Bring own toiletries as well. The building has paper thin walls so you hear everything! The space was clean-modern style that has seen some wear. Staff helpful
