Alejandro, Daniel and Francisco were excellent with their customer service and provided excellent feedback for places to see. . I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again when I return to Ensenada.

The crew at the front desk were always welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is a decent value for the money, but very basic in infrastructure. If you have a large vehicle, parking is tight.

Great location

Clean and very accommodating. Great water pressure in the shower. Even the small cafe added a great start to a couple of early mornings.

The staff was amazing. Super friendly. The only issue was our room smelled upon arrival. I couldn’t tell if the smell was cleaning supply smell or pet urine. We did not sit in the couch either. It was a bit dirty. Location is good but loud. Next to a bar which is open late. We added breakfast from the coffee shop adjoining. Coffee is good here, just be prepared for no substitutions which can be tough when you have kids who don’t drink coffee. I was happy to pay an upcharge for items my kids would actually eat.

We (3 amigos) arrived aroubd 9pm. We where greeted by Alejandro at the front desk. Alejandro made our check-in process very smooth.... excellent service, excellent accommodation... will definitely reward myself staying here in the future...
