Family trip
When we arrived there was not our reservation as requested by Booking as we were 3 adults and 2 children and they had registered 3 adults and 1 child so we lacked a breakfast, they wanted to charge it, in the end they gave us an American breakfast for the 5 when the app said otherwise. The manager very poor care almost threatened that if we had another type of breakfast we would pay

The receptionist Martha a charm, saved our stay because she gave us the hahab as soon as we arrived.
Also for the remodeling there was a lot of noise in the day and with music the workers, heard inside the habs

The best Hotel in Durango recently renovated.
High speed internet where I have online meetings without any problem. They have a new business room.
Ample parking.
