the staff was super friendly and the hotel is very cozy. the breakfast menu is great and has a lot of tasty options to choose from.

Lack of water in the shower, No TV, dim lighting in the room, leaking water from AC.

We couldn't rest which was the goal of the visit.

The hotel has good facilities, the jacuzzi and pool is warm the water, the rooms are good size although the cleanliness is not the best as we found hair in the mirror and shampoo dispensers and are somewhat dark, unfortunately it was not a good experience that I had as I had seen that it was a hotel to relax and in the rules was that music and noise were not allowed in general and much of the night there was music and shouting from guests, who woke us up several times, there were also those who threw drinks into the pool and jacuzzi so we also had to leave also that they were venturing out nailed and splashing towards the jacuzzi and what bothered us the most is that while we are not allowed to consume food in the morning we were asked to consume our Oxxo coffee and a cookie inside the room and not in garden area and when expressing what happened in the night we were only told that if they had heard everything but they did not tell them anything and would only fine those who made the noise but the only benefit there is for the hotel as the discomfort to the other guests had already happened, I have seen that many have good experience but personally would not return.

Poorly planned hotel: restaurant is next to the rooms so it creates a lot of noise, they play music that enters the rooms, rooms are very small for the price, bathroom doesn’t even have a proper door

Bad experience

They gave us the farthest room from the hotel, nothing to do with the ones they advertise on their social networks. We stayed less than 24 hours. The headboard of the bed would unpaint and leave brown paint marks on your body. The mattress says it's new but the bed kept creaking and woke you up all the time. My wife and son went to the lobby to sleep from 4am and no one gave them any support. When we retired Mr. Donaciano Hernández (he claims to be the administrator) asked us for our account number to reimburse a part of the trip. On social media they blocked us and on google maps they say that if they solved us. But they lie. They never contacted or have returned our calls. It was a terrible experience
