Not recommended

The rooms smell like vomit, there is no attention from the front desk and they do not let you sleep the drunks who drink in the pool do not let you sleep and in reception they do nothing to ask that their music be turned down.
Expensive and very ugly, they don't even have water to drink in the rooms.

bad and dirty

The only good thing about the hotel is that the rooms have air conditioning. From there, the room is always dirty. Mold on the tiles, mold on the floor, mold on the walls. Once I arrived at 4 pm and they still hadn't cleaned the room; They don't even leave you bottles of water, the door to the room doesn't have any lock, for protection I moved a bureau and put it through the door at night. The pool was redeemable but with the poor hygiene of the rest, I did not dare to enter.

Abuso

La encargada de la recepción es una persona abusiva. La me realizó un cargo sin autorización a mi tarjeta cuando la reserva a través de la app decía que podía pagar en efectivo. La salida nos la pidió a las 12 horas cuando en el reglamento de la habitación claramente decía que es a las 13 horas.
Usamos tres habitaciones pero los niños querían pesar tiempo en la alberca y pedimos dos horas extra en una habitación solo para bañarse y fue negado, argumentando que no era posible porque habíamos ocupado tres habitaciones no una.
En general la limpieza es suficiente y el personal es amable, si no fuera por la persona que está como el encargada el lugar sería recomendable.
