Very good Hotel with excellent location and service, enjoyed my stay and felt satisfied with the service. From the Hotel I moved to several places without any problems.

from the reception the people who attend give them slack to make the minimum effort, they have no communication between them

FATAL you have to complain to be taken care of, the only thing it saves is that the food is not bad and the service people are extremely friendly.
The people at the reception desk have no communication between shifts, loud and challenging you to report the behavior (morning shift).
They seem to do you a favor in attending to yourself, only a couple of people understand that they work in hospitality and attend to you as Camino Real accustoms you.

We just went to sleep

We went to a social event and we already arrived at night to sleep. All very well and comfortable. But it's foolish that you have to wait until 3 in the afternoon to register. We were on the road and needed to change to go to a meal. We had to change the venue of the event. You should allow arrival from 1 p.m.
