Great location

The hotel is well situated to visit the old town. Rooms are clean basic but adequate. There is hot water and fresh clean towels. Bed comfortable.
Breakfast was a little late being served, we had to wait with all the other guests but was a good traditional breakfast.

Stayed here on 05/21/2026. I wanted to make sure the reception was open 24 hours due to a late flight arrival, I called and they confirmed. Upon arrival was very confused to see the property looking "NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ONLINE" Even the attendant asked me where I got those pictures from?....He had NO access to the computer system, and try to charge again for the room (reservation thru expedia) I almost did not have a place to stay"
He gave me a room and said that when the person gor the reception showed up next morning would check in the system. Warning: The Hotel looks Nothing like the pictures in expedia!!!!!

Nice place, close to historical center, breakfast

Nice stay in orange buildings with relatively large rooms close to center of Cholula. Hotel offers a lot of own parking spots. They speak just little english so with breakfast it was kinda harder to explain what we wanted, but it was good. Funny was that the breakfast starts at 7:00 but I believe that they never count with someone who wants to go for a food that early in the morning so we needed to wait for a staff and when they arrived, they looked kinda stressed and in hurry :)

Beautiful grounds - AMAZING breakfast

Very nice little place oddly tucked next to a prison. That being said, it was safe and quiet. The rooms are basic, but the beds are delicious and warm. The star feature is the fantabulous breakfast made from scratch and served with cafe leche. Absolutely a great price performer.
