The view was nice. The staff was excellent. The best breakfast pastries were delicious, especially their homemade pitayha jelly/jam. Great location as well.

Many areas for improvement

The hotel is nice, good location.
But when booking I mentioned 3 adults 2 children.
They offered me to upgrade to the American breakfast for a fee. However, it was only for adults, having to pay for the children's separately.
The TV does not have many options.
I came to rest and at 6:40am they are already hammering in the pool area, which I can hear in the room.
Check-out is at 12 and at 11:30 the room keys are already deactivated.

Family trip

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was very clean, and the location was perfect—just a short walk from the tren lijero, and right in the heart of Campeche, making it easy to explore the main streets and attractions.
The entire staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly throughout my stay. The hotel also offers great value for the price, which made the experience even better.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Campeche!

Basic but comfortable.

There was no hot water in the room and the water in the shower would not drain.

The staff was fantastic, the common areas were great and the location was perfect! The rooms were spacious but just ok.
