Glamping on a lagoon

What a beautiful hotel
Rooms were really fun with a glass front so excellent views
We stayed 2 to a twin room and there was plenty of space for everything
Cleaned every day to a really good standard
The breakfast isn't amazing. For something included you can't complain but it's really just toast and if you go early enough a yoghurt
The only disappointment we had was having to pay 250 for a kayak for an hour. Most places in Bacalar it's included

TERRIBLE, NOT RECOMMENDED

Terrible hotel; the bathroom smells like excrement, the internet does not work.
The experience is zero.
I reported asking for a refund, and the response was that nothing would be refunded and they offered me an air freshener for the smell.

Cute, clean little place to stay. Rooms are clean. No pool. The continental breakfast is very very limited. Friendly helpful staff.. Good location. Air conditioning works very well. No swimming pool.
