Weekend meeting Aguacalientes

A place with unbeatable location, walking you find everything, main garden, government palace, churches, and many places to taste the typical or the international, bars, lunchboxes, restaurants, and if you do not want to go out there there there is restaurant service or maybe you better experience another type of food, crossing only a door and enter the world of Sanborn ́s, to eat or do last minute shopping, this setting of the bullfighting party, overlooking the main garden, with quick access and valet parking service, and if your taste is for fitness , there is gym.. and if it is business has spacious rooms for it, the rooms with everything essential to be well......have a good time, rest better..recommendable

Don't stay here until under new management

We are currently staying at Hotel Francia. The manager Alejandro briseno. He is the worst. The girls at front desk and his assistant (only english speaker at hotel) are absolutely lovely and kind. He however .... After switching rooms 3x. 1st room everything was broken and filthy room was not supposed to be rented out. 2nd rm had no hot water no ac. It got to be 80 degrees in 2nd room. Maintenance told my husband AC's for certain floors had no freon. 3rd room at least is only 71 degrees. Restaurant not open for lunch, dinner there's no room service. Free breakfast one morning was meatballs and old cauliflower. Ended up paying at sanbornes for breakfast which is adjacent to hotel. Not very clean and no coffee in room. It does have great location but there are other hotels in area probably much much better.

There was no cleaning services during our stay. Our bed was never made in the 3 days we were there.

A hotel for the family

Excellent place to stay, family atmosphere and comfort. Excellent treatment by all hotel staff. Its location allows you to enjoy the city center and sit on the esplanade and enjoy a snow and watch a sunset.

Clean room, nice maid, helpful staff. The AC is set at a specific temperature so it is not possible to adjust it. There were moments when it was too hot.
