Very nice and well maintained villa with its own private beach
.
The villa has spacious rooms and lots of light. The villa is also fully equipped, you can cook, wash your dishes in the dishwasher and wash clothes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Deepak in particular, he helped us well by thinking along with us about what we can do and telling us about the activities. He also made us beautiful animal figures with bath towels that the children really loved!
In the villa there was also a possibility to have a private chef prepare food. We took advantage of this and really enjoyed the different tasty dishes such as fish curry with eggplant, chicken and shrimp curry, sauted shrimps in garlic butter, fish rougaille and fish vindaye that chef Ravi has made for us! We therefore highly recommend this to others!
Thank you for your good care, we go home feeling relaxed and satisfied and who knows, we might see each other again!

Wonderful holiday at the beachfront villa
We spent a wonderful week at the beachfront villa. We were a family of 5. My husband, my daughter, son in law, 5 year old granddaughter and me. From the very beginning everything was just perfect. We were welcomed by Terry and Sylvio (the property managers), the house keeping team (Taslimah, Veena and Deepak) and the kitchen chef Ravi and his assistant Arti. Terry explained how everything functions. Even though one has to order food in advance Ravi brought us lunch within an hour of our arrival.
The accommodation is exceptional . The beachfront villa with private pool and view to the sea is incredible. The house keeping by Taslimah,Deepak and Veena every day was done with so much care .
Big thanks to Terry for helping us with restaurant suggestions, organizing a dinner that my daughter surprised us for our 40th wedding anniversary at the villa and organizing a private boat tour. It was such a delight to have Ravi bring the breakfast every morning and the occasional lunch and dinner. Thank you Ravi for the delicious food. It was a lovely week and if we can we will definitely come back in a few years time.

rough and pristine
We had a nice stay as a family in the villa right on the beach. What one should know is that the east side of the island is rather windy and therefore the terrace and the beach cannot always be used as one sees in the pictures. The villa is nicely furnished, but compared to the photos, it has simply aged a bit. As everywhere on the island, as a European, one should not worry too much about the installations and the fixtures, etc. One must also know that this is the more pristine side of the island, which is why one sees more trash and more stray dogs on the paths in this area and especially on the way from the airport to there. The housekeeper and the entire team are very nice and very eager to achieve the best possible result for the stay. If you are looking for peace and seclusion, you are in good hands there, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, but the surf on the reef can be clearly heard. And having your own car is recommended, as you are very remote. No shopping facilities reachable without a car, but the kitchen always offered to shop for breakfast if there was a need. We also received gluten-free pancakes for breakfast upon request. Only a little lead time was required for organization here.

An exceptional experience from start to finish
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional stay at Stylia Villa – 10 unforgettable days with the family!
We were lucky enough to stay for 10 days at Stylia Villa, in Trou d’Eau Douce, and we are leaving with absolutely extraordinary memories of our stay in Mauritius.
First of all, a huge thank you to Ravi, the chef, who contributed greatly to making our vacation so special. We had chosen half-board, and it was an excellent choice: varied, hearty, delicious meals prepared with great care.
But beyond his cooking talents, we will especially remember Ravi's extraordinary kindness, availability, and professionalism. All of our requests were met, and very often well beyond what we could have hoped for. He took great care of our whole family and constantly ensured that everything was going perfectly. A wonderful person whom we will not forget!
A very big thank you also to Deepak, Veena, Tassima, as well as the entire team in charge of the villa's maintenance and service. I sincerely apologize to those whose names I am forgetting, because each one of them deserves to be mentioned. They all showed immense kindness, discretion, and professionalism, with many little thoughtful gestures toward our family and our children.
We were particularly touched by their involvement in the birthday of one of our children, which will remain a wonderful memory. ❤️
Thanks also to Terry, the manager, who was also very attentive to us throughout our stay. Always available and full of great advice, he notably helped us in choosing our excursions, with a very practical organization since we could be picked up directly from the villa.
Regarding Stylia Villa itself: it is simply magnificent.
The decor is superb, the materials and equipment are of high quality, and everything is thought out to fully enjoy your stay. The villa notably features a magnificent pool with a waterfall and immediate access to an almost private beach.
Being able to leave the villa and find yourself directly at the edge of the ocean is a true privilege. We loved the walks on the beach, the calm, the tranquility, and the beauty of the place. It is exactly the type of place where you completely disconnect.
We had also rented our vehicle from AKD, with once again impeccable service, which made our stay and our travels even more pleasant.
And then there is, of course, Mauritius itself and the Mauritian people: what a welcome! Everywhere we went, we met smiling, welcoming people who were very kind.
Between the magnificent landscapes, the beaches, the excursions, and the incredible luck of having been able to observe the dolphins, the turtles, the birds, and all this wonderful nature, we will keep memories full in our heads.
Stylia Villa is a place that we recommend without any hesitation, particularly for a family stay. The villa is magnificent, but what truly makes the experience exceptional are the women and men who take care of you with so much kindness and attention.
