Very good location

Very well located not far from the Savoy bus stops which serves Valletta and the Rudolf bus stop to go down to Sliema. Leaving the hotel if you go straight and take the first street on the right you will arrive in San Giljan in 10 minutes, a place that you should definitely not skip! Clean and comfortable hotel
Thank you to the super friendly and smiling young Blonde girl who tries to do her best to satisfy you. The owner should quickly put a sign on his hotel so that we can see it in the street more easily, it was a bit of a hassle finding it because it looks like a classic accommodation without being different! Also you should install buffers on the front door which makes a lot of noise at night when slamming…
thank you for your welcome
I recommend this hotel

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE.

I lived a nightmare. I arrived at a facility that remained without electricity from 1:30 PM until the next day. I was not warned of the service disruption until my arrival, I was not given the possibility of accommodation elsewhere. I had to climb 3 flights of stairs in total darkness, I arrived in a room that was more of a crematorium, with minimal and scalding running water. Not having electricity, I therefore did not have the running water necessary to wash myself properly, I could not charge any of my devices, putting me in serious difficulty for payments and travel in a place I do not know, I could not even drink fresh water because logically the fridge was not working. I believe it is pure madness. Furthermore, not only was I widely mocked with their stalling tactics, they made sure that I could not speak with anyone by disappearing from the facility, in order to complain properly. A nightmare that led me to sleep on the balcony out of desperation (sleeping is an overstatement given that the floor is not a bed). I am not ashamed to say that I was only able to wash myself shortly before leaving. Crazy thing, I had been told that it was a local breakdown (we are at street number 53) and a few doors down (73) but also directly across the street everything was lit up, even the street was! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I HAVE ALREADY NOTIFIED THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES ABOUT THE MATTER AND I HOPE FOR A FULL REFUND AT THE VERY LEAST AS AN APOLOGY, given that from their side, not even those were offered. SHAME.

Would not recommend

This stay was quite disappointing.
The room was acceptable, but it had only one window and felt extremely dark. While the bathroom was spacious, there was no surface or shelving to place personal items, which was inconvenient.
The most unpleasant aspect, however, was the number of dead mosquitos smeared on the walls—easily over 20 visible marks, which was off-putting.
To top it off, breakfast was advertised from 8:00 to 10:00 AM, but when we arrived at 9:10, most of the food was gone and there was no effort made to replenish it.

Terrible breakfast Privilege Suite Sliema

From 13 to 17 May 2024
Terrible breakfast, they watch what you eat, they have croissants, waffles, like donuts all bought from the supermarket in boxes
they don't understand Italian
and then breakfast is more for the English
I'll show you the photos I took this morning 05/16/24
It's not worth taking breakfast and the photos they put up aren't true

Terrible structure and incompetent staff

We arrived and there was no one to check in (which happened for all the days of our stay), the cleaning lady, the only person present in the structure at 12:30 in the morning (!!!), informed us that we could leave our luggage (in an unattended area near the kitchen) and enter the room only after 3pm, when the "colleague" would arrive to check in... never seen anyone! At 3.30pm we were at the hotel and we found the key in an envelope with the name of the reservation, but no one to verify the documents, essentially anyone could have entered. The room had a skylight instead of a window, without light or air circulation. Not to mention breakfast....served from 8 a.m. onwards, at the indicated time not only was it never ready, but rather sparse, coffee machines not working: on the last day the two machines were both out of service, cold water for the tea/coffee, broken toasters, the jam, croissants still to be cooked, croissants from the white mill on a tray, croissants from the previous days as cold and hard as stones. We pointed out this problem with the breakfast and a guy who didn't even introduce himself, in a very rude and aggressive manner showed up shortly after outside our room to ask us, shouting, what the problem was and making us understand that for the price paid the breakfast was that!!! We attach photos... don't go, there are much better facilities and these people don't even know what it means to host tourists.
