Simple basic and clean.

We planned to stay at Raub and getting a good hotel was a challenge as there were so few. We decided on this hotel because it was new, full time concierge and an ELEVATOR . the other hotels did not.
Rooms were functional, clean, all things worked, toilet and shower clean and towels provided. My only complaint is that the shower rail was up but missing the shower curtains.
No breakfast but there are coffee shops nearby for your morning brew.

Agro Hotel

I have stayed at this place twice within the past several months.
Let's start with what they do well at this place:
1) room size - the room is a good size, depending on what you have booked.
2) location - convenient, easy to locate, and ample parking. Easy access to shops as it is at the edge of the town
3) parking - ample parking
4) hospitality and service - great service at the counter. Friendly and hospitable
5) good mattress
Not so good review:
1) housekeeping - I will give this a 1 out of 5 for both stays. The floor does not seem to be vacuumed well, with hair (of all kinds of length) in the sink, bathroom, and entrance.
2) edges of the toilet and sink are not cleaned well. You can see dirt formation behind the toilet as well as the water outlet in the sink. A good spray of bleach and a good scrub may do the job. I have seen several times where the housekeepers just sweep the floor without mopping or even vacuuming.
The first time I stayed there, I did ask for a change of room thinking they lack the staff to clean. It was after all right after the lockdown. But to experience it for the second time was not acceptable.

Jauh dari fasiliti, mall dan tempat makan.
Malam diganggu oleh bunyi burung layang-layang kerana sebelah hotel ada rumah burung.
Cuma tiada banyak pilihan hotel di raub so ok la utk penginapan jangka pendek
