Hotel budget Quickstay

The hotel smells cigarette. Thankfully my side here only stay 1 night . I do bring my own sheets which i place above their bed . Imagine those sheets smell cigarette. Only for 1 night . Water heater is not really functioning. But the rest was ok . Good for quickstay .

This morning I called your Hotel to make inquiries on an event. I was highly upset and disappointed by the services provided by one of your workers. I was treated very rudely on the phone. I understand if a person is busy, but it is something out of my expectation for a person who works in a tourism and hospitality department. Thank you very much.
