Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests need to meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination, a recent valid negative Coronavirus PCR test, or recent proof of Coronavirus recovery. A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the Queen Suite doesn't have windows. Guests are required to scan and check in via the My Sejahtera APP using their mobile phone. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. Please note that additional guests will incur an additional charge of MYR 49 per child aged 2 to 12 and MYR 89 for each guest aged 12 or more. In order to be allowed to check in, guests who are unwell, particularly those with fevers, are required to show a doctor's letter stating that they are not COVID-19 positive.
