This hotel is totally horrible

This hotel is a disaster, lacking hygiene, insects everywhere; the staff takes care of guests when they feel like it; to get toilet paper and towels, you have to go ask them for charity.

Non-existent insulation, so continuous road noise.

Beautiful Hotel well placed, the staff listened but you have to be attentive to the details because a little carelessness on the maintenance of the equipment. No on-site dining, breakfast maus, shops...

Never again

One night in a rather warm room but without a window, three nights in a freezing room (I was shaking cold: no heating), a stinking blanket in a closet (I didn’t use it, despite the cold).
The bathroom switch IN the shower (I made a small video that shows that the switch works and, therefore, that it is dangerous).
September corresponds to the southern winter and Tananarive is at 1,300 meters above sea level, so it is cold.
The housekeeper had to stay on the house to get a second roll of toilet paper and two towels.
Breakfast was offered but it was so poor that very quickly I preferred to have it outside.

a disappointing stay - Pension to avoid

I am extremely disappointed by my stay at this Pension. As soon as I arrived, I discovered that there was no toilet paper in the room. I have had to insist several times on obtaining it, which is totally unacceptable. Finally, we were forced to buy toilet paper ourselves.
Moreover, my Reservation was not respected. I had booked a specific room, but upon arrival I received a completely different room. The staff were uncooperative and indifferent to my situation, giving the Impression of mocking my concerns.
Obtaining towels was also a combatant's journey, requiring them to be requested several times before being deigned to provide them. As for cleaning the room, it was necessary to involve the cleaning service again because the room was always dirty after their first visit.
I strongly advise against this establishment, which not only does not meet its commitments, but treats its guests in a totally unacceptable way.
