Clervaux: a break for comfort and healing.

Our stay at the Clervaux Boutique Hotel & Spa in Clervaux was a real break.
Spacious suite, large bathroom, clean comfort and no fuss. The breakfast room is beautiful, bright, nice to start the day quietly.
As for wellness, everything is thought out to slow down: indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, rest areas (sunbeds / relaxation), sensory showers, and the possibility of treatments / massages. A place to settle, breathe, and recharge — simply.

There are some elements to consider when booking which are not clearly displayed on the website:
-your curtains in your room will need to remain closed if you want privacy in your room, since the room is completely surrounded by high buildings, providing insight in your room.
-we were travelling with "small" children. We were only informed during check-in that children are only allowed in the pool between 8.00 and 12.00. This information is not present when booking. Very unfortunate since it was no longer possible to go swimming after the hike.
-we were at Clervaux 1 hour earlier than the agreed check-in: although the room was ready, a check-in 1 hour before was only possible with an additional fee of 50€.
Besides that,
-the breakfast is decent (not excellent). The service during breakfast is very good and personnel is very reactive on coffee machines, cleaning up tables, ...
-the adult beds are comfortable, the additional bed for the 3rd person not at all.
-the bathroom is clean and spacy
-carpet floor everywhere (except bathroom): not fully hygenic.
-the location is excellent (starting point of some very beautiful hikes).

Great stay for couples in Clervaux.

Wonderful stay for couples in this boutique hotel ideally located in the pedestrian area of Clervaux. We parked our car in the hotel parking lot and then enjoyed the destination for 3 days, all within walking distance from the hotel. Access to the Koener hotel SPA is included, which is a plus for a couple's stay. We were able to fully enjoy and relax. Numerous hikes start from the pedestrian area. And for dining, there are plenty of restaurants (Italian, brasserie, etc.). Truly a favorite. We will return!!

Restaurant service inadmissible

Excruciating service. Arrival 7:30 pm, exit 11 pm, for a three-course menu... The dish arrived at 21:45, after that of our neighbors, arrived 1 hour after us. No excuses, no words of sympathy, just contempt for the pawns we are in a great empire. We just wanted to have a good time, with... respect...

Nice hotel with spa

Beautiful discovery... for our first visit to this establishment... very spacious and well appointed room... correct and varied breakfast, very nice staff... only downside access to the Galland sauna and sensory shower is naturist and we did not see it during the booking otherwise beautiful pool and jacuzzi...
