I stayed in Tauragė hotel with my family of 3 and everything was impeccable & outstanding. From the room to the food, everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing. The staff were brilliant and very friendly, there was no more they could have done for us, especially Ema & Asta, their service to my family and I was above and beyond.
I would highly recommend anyone visiting tauragė to stay at this hotel.

I was there for two nights.it's brand new ..good food and qualified staff..clean and big and tidy rooms...so fresh...such service as a small town..fantastic ..restaurant service nice...bar service was good...i recommend i will be back

Bad smell and stained sheets

As soon as you enter this hotel, nasty smell greets you. When you get to your room do not be surprised to find stained bed linen, nasty smelling chairs and carpet that has not been cleaned for ages. But, I guess, you should not be expecting a perfect room for this price.

Monopoly minus 20 years

Well... just no another option. Starting with greeting: "nu, ko nori?" (literally 'well, what thou wanst?') - rude and unprofessional. For checkout - nobody came to write an invoice more than an hour, nobody answered phones or even ringing a bell. At last a lady appeared (that means, she always was there, ignoring callings!) - what was wrong?
Some pros, which forced me to give another star: room quality was quite acceptable, hotel location is good (city center), extra room ordering was quite easy. Sleep quality was good.
The most warning circumstance: NO EMERGENCY EXIT! Stairs locked, elevator antique - in case of emergency it would be very bad.

Big, but a little smelly

There are lots of acrylic paintings in the corridors which is nice, but also excrement of the receptionist's little dog. The receptionist isn't always there. The rooms are quite big, with a microwave and a table and a big bath tub. But neither the floor nor the beds are really clean, the bathroom is smelly and you never know if it's a smoker room or not. It was a cheap accomodation and you get nothing more than you need.
