The room was clean, comfortable, and inviting but could use more storage (no closet or dresser nor iron in the room). The staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet had good variety and quality and the dining and lobby areas were comfortable and clean, so all around a good two night stay.

Surprisingly poor service for a Moxy Hotel. Beds not very confortable. Called from desk several times without anyone picking up the line. Staff on social media on the phones. Parking was a mess.

Cockroach in room & bad communication
I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at Moxy Hotel Kaunas Center that completely overshadowed my visit.
During the night before my departure, I went to the bathroom and accidentally stepped on what turned out to be a large black cockroach. It was a shocking and disgusting experience. After discovering it, I couldn’t fall back asleep for the rest of the night and even considered leaving the hotel immediately despite it being the middle of the night.
I reported the incident at check-out and was told to contact customer relations directly. I also took a photo of the cockroach as evidence.
I usually choose Marriott properties because I expect a reliable standard of cleanliness and comfort, so finding a cockroach in my room was particularly disappointing and traumatizing up until now. Beyond the immediate shock, the experience left me feeling very uncomfortable knowing I had spent several days in that room.
What made the experience even more disappointing was how it was handled afterwards. Following the instructions I received at check-out, I contacted customer service and the hotel and requested that the incident be addressed. However, more than three months later, I have not received any meaningful response, and my messages have effectively been ignored from the hotel management.
Unfortunately, this incident completely ruined what had otherwise been a pleasant stay. While I understand that unexpected issues can occasionally happen in any hotel, ignoring a guest’s legitimate complaint is unacceptable. I hope the hotel takes both the pest control issue and its customer service more seriously in the future.
I can‘t recommend the hotel at all, as it certainly lacks a sense of pest control, cleanliness and professionalism…

Fine for this style hotel. Just be aware, rooms have no phone, refrigerator, desk, coffee machine.. nada..
Nice place but not very well suited for a business stay.. Of course, they’re not billed that way so no surprise..

the hotel is perfectly located near the main walking street in Kaunas. there is paid underground parking. the room is clean and has average room space. the main drawback is the raw industrial design which is not only inconvenient (there is e,g, no wardrobe, and no chair and no desk to work at) but also makes you feel more like a prisoner than a hotel guest (raw concrete and steel grates everywhere). there is also no water provided for visitors in the room
