Nice stay

We had a very warm welcome and the room was just what we neede for one night.
Close to the center, but yet peaceful and quiet. Free parking, nice garden and wiews.
A very good choice.
Kaunas has a lot to offer.

Catastrophic what was offered to us...

I cannot understand the positive reviews! We booked 1 apartment room 2 and 1 studio room 5. Both were not clean; we had to wash the dishes first, as there were still stains from the previous tenants. Additionally, there was not even a closet in the apartment. The terrace table is very old and wobbles, or is about to fall apart. The chairs are partially rusted. In the studio, an old shoe cabinet serves as a kitchen cabinet. There, the floor creaks extremely; if someone has to go to the bathroom at night, the other will certainly wake up. The bathroom not only shows signs of use but is also partially dirty. So we felt a bit uneasy.
Only the location is good.

Great place, perfect location

Large apartment with a nice view to the old town and Kaunas castle. Comfortable beds up to 4 persons + two large sofas, air condition, well equipped kitchen, very clean rooms, friendly staff, perfect location nearby the old town. Highly recommended!

Great choice in city centre

This small hotel has a perfect location just 5 mins from the city centre with parking. I stayed in a small comfortable unit for one night. As with a few other places I've stayed in Lithuania, no breakfast and that would be the only downside,

Nice and comfortable place in the perfect location. Very close to the city centre and to the old town, a few minutes walking. We have been there for one week. Everything was perfect, the rooms are in a quite area, we slept very well. The rooms are comfortable, warm, a small microwave, plates, fridge and TV. You can find everything you need also if you want to cook something. Tidy and clean place. The owners are kind and friendly, she speaks English and he speaks German. Fair price. Absolutely recommended!!!!
