Some good some bad experiences

Attended with a group of about 100 people. I arrived a day early and yet was given a basic room despite staying 3 days as opposed to some in tge group who were only there again. I went downstairs to ask if I could change room and was prepared to pay more for an upgrade but the receptionist was extremely aggressive and dismissive. There were two other receptionist staff that I interacted with over my stay. They were very professional and quite helpful and friendly. I've got mixed views. The room did what it needed to. Ie bed and shower and WiFi. But I'd probably look elsewhere despite it's convenient location directly opposite the airport. There is one caveat to this. U didn't book my room, it was part of a group booking so it was pot luck with rooms. If I did return I would be very specific about which room I wanted.

aggressive staff

I am filing a complaint about an unprofessional incident. I had paid for early check-in, but the receptionist reacted aggressively, threatened to keep me in the lobby or refuse check-in, and denied manager contact.

Rude receptionist

Went there last month with my fiance, receptionist name Gabija extremely unprofessional doesn't know basic etiquette when to say thanks/please etc.. not smiling which I think you should do doing this job and just the way she talks with an attitude was very disappointing. But apart that, rooms were clean, we got one with a kitchen, breakfast were not bad at all, little sandwich and coffee in a morning on the way to the airport, another good thing that reception works 24/7. So staff to help through the night

OK for one night.

The room was actually nice enough, a bit sparse and small, but we were only going to be there one night. The worst thing was that even before we entered the room, we could smell some kind of perfume - very strong. At first we thought it was an air freshener in the room, but we couldn't find one. We think it was an air spray that was emptied into the room during the cleaning, to make it smell good. It was an awful stench, to say the least. The receptionist seemed very tired and a little grumpy.

Great location and clean but very uncomfortable beds.

The location of this hotel is perfect and the rooms are very clean with good wifi and tv channels. However, the beds are extremely hard so it was a struggle to get a good nights sleep. Also, you can hear people next door and in the hallway so theres not that much sound insulation.
