Seriously this is heaven on earth. I can’t say more everything was absolutely amazing. It’s a must visit for me. I’m not sure in other seasons I visited late jan it was just perfect

Excellent service , Marianne and Rafika ( sorry for any mispelling ) were so helpful and friendly , Akram provided amazing room service , breakfast was superb ...room with full window view overlooking the bay was a draam ....fully recommend this place ...will sure come back!
Thanks for reminding me how great the Lebanese hospitality and service is after several years in EU!!

Fantastic staff. Marian and Rafaa, you're the best. We got an upgrade to our room, and the reception was wonderful. It will definitely be my preferred choice for a relaxing holiday.

Great reception staff. Marianne was very friendly and helpful. Escorted us to our rooms and made sure everything was clean and ready.
