Nice breakfast, but it’s time to renew the beds and pillows… bed made a lot of noise and pillows are so old that it’s uncomfortable to sleep on it.

Breakfast was terrible! All the "hot food" was cold which meant we only had toast as we could make that fresh and hot. There were never enough tables to sit at so we took our toast back to the room on several occasions. No decaf coffee available at all. Room cleaning wasn't great, quite often any bits on the floor were still there for a few days so not hoovered daily. Surfaces weren't wiped down daily, bare minimum was done eg bed made/ towels changed. Would not stay there again in fact we left 2 days early as we did not enjoy the hotel at all.

It was ok but nothing better. Room comfortable but bathroom dated, no mini bar as advertised, breakfast is a decent buffet but most of the hot food was cold, fruit options poor, pretend orange juice. Car parking limited and awkward but very secure. Limited English language TV options.

Definitely not 4 star accommodation, 3 star at most

Definitely not the quality of a 4 star hotel, 3 star at best. Hot food at breakfast was always COLD no matter if you arrived as soon as restaurant opened or later in the day! Tables poorly set out, never any free tables to sit to eat so I ate my food in my room every day! Could not eat the hot food at all as it was so cold and very little choices! No choice of decaffeinated beverages and rationed coffee saches in rooms Beds were ok but definitely not 4 star standard. Feel very disappointed with this hotel, so much we have decided to move flights and leave early, not quality at all. Staff dont care about complaints and no refunds offered for poor experience or remaining 2 nights cancellation. Definitely would not recommend if you would like an enjoyable experience.

Basic hotel, prepare to find parking

Location is good. Parking was full so we had to park in the nearby mall.
Hotel is renovated and clean but at least in the room you can see the building is old.
Window in the room was quite small and the bed could have been better.
Breakfast ok, nothing special.
Reception was good. I had taken separate beds by mistake and it was corrected with no problems.
For the price I would have expected better bed and breakfast.
