Good hotel in a great location with comfortable rooms

We stayed here for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful from our arrival and through out our stay. The hotel is in a great location just a couple of minutes walk from old town. The room was spacious and very comfortable at reasonable prices

Disapointed overall

Excellent location just on edge of old town , breakfast outstanding , staff pleasant ... however we paid for superior king room , got dark small room next to cleaners cupboard , small window overlooking derelict building .
Whilst out of room with do not clean label on door , my silver earrings disapeared .
Spa facilities are a cold one lane waterway with very high steps . No jacuzxi or steam room so dont expect to swim , just walk in cold water if more than 1 person in . Very relaxing area though with a sauna .

Pullman Riga

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the old town, with underground parking nearby. Despite my Gold level, I was initially denied upgrade, citing that all rooms were occupied. I went to the chord app and showed them that it wasn't. The employee caught lying blushes thickly, apologizes for the mistake and still provides the upgrade.
The hotel restaurant is terrible: the kitchen is disgusting!

Noisy and rubbish staff

Do not stay here. They give you rooms next to the bin store which are extremely noisy. Also the hotel is located in a restricted area where cabs cannot drop off or pick up.
Staff are completely useless and disinterested.

Was expecting a bit more from a 5-star spa hotel, The spa is a quite small swimming pool, and a dry sauna that is around 75 celcius.
I was put in a room which was connected with a door to a family room, so it was unfortunately quite noisy, and it was not possible to change room.
But all in all it was a okay stay.
